    I stayed at Studio M Hotel Dubai, and this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.• The location is terrible on a busy main road, right next to a crowded market area that feels uncomfortable and unpleasant.• The hallways were disgusting, with garbage bags literally left outside room doors.• The smell throughout the hotel was unbearable.• The room cleanliness was shocking. I found insects on the bed, blankets, and even in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was filthy and unacceptable.• The staff were unprofessional, and to make things worse, they kept calling and waking me up repeatedly for no clear reason.This place looks NOTHING like the photos online. It completely fails basic hygiene and hospitality standards.If there was an option to give zero or negative stars, I would definitely choose that.DO NOT GO THERE!!!     Unprofessional Customer Service Experience

    I was in the process of booking a room for a friend who will be visiting me, and I reached out via your marketing WhatsApp line for assistance. I was attended by a representative named Manju.At the start, I asked whether I could use my UAE Pass for the booking, as I had unfortunately lost my physical Emirates ID. Manju responded with “Not OK.” While I understand that policies must be followed, the manner in which the response was delivered came across as abrupt and unprofessional, especially for someone representing customer service in the hospitality industry.To clarify, I then explained that the booking was actually for my visitor, who would be the one staying at the hotel, and that he would use his own Emirates ID. However, Manju again responded with “NOT OK” (in capital letters), without providing a clear or courteous explanation. This was confusing, as it is standard practice for a guest to present their own valid ID.When Manju stated that I had not mentioned the booking was for a visitor, I sent a screenshot of my message clearly indicating that my friend would be the one staying and would use his own Emirates ID. I also asked that my message be read properly for clarity.In response, Manju shared a screenshot containing only my initial inquiry about using UAE Pass and replied, “so who should read properly or write properly.” This response was not only dismissive but also inappropriate and unprofessional for a customer service interaction.Despite providing clarification and evidence, Manju continued to refer only to my initial message rather than acknowledging the updated information. What is most concerning is the unwillingness to acknowledge a possible misunderstanding, paired with a consistently defensive and discourteous tone.As someone working in the hospitality industry, I strongly believe that professionalism, clarity, and respect are essential in all customer interactions. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the standards expected from Studio M Hotel.I am raising this not out of frustration alone, but in the hope that it helps improve your customer service standards. Situations like this, if left unaddressed, can negatively impact guest perception and ultimately affect business—especially at a time when residents are making an effort to support the hospitality industry.I trust that this feedback will be taken constructively and addressed appropriately.
