Facility

90 rooms are located on 20 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Location: near the air port 2 km, 14 km to Burj KhalifaAtmosphere: okRooms: are spacious, bath quality depend on room location. Some bath room is huge ! No power socket near working table.Value: very goodCleanliness: very goodNoise level: good, door closing of other room arer loudService: ok. Frond desk doesnt want to tale credit crad for deposit, only cash. Money changed if you want to eat break fast.Amenity: Shanpoo and shower bottle are fixed to shower room, if you take bath you have to go to the shower which might be up to 4 m

    Rajah is a gem.He made our mornings. Kind and has the warmest smile. The porter/swim guard(forgot his name) very helpful in ensuring that we had packed our luggage well and the weights were right for the airport. The night duty receptionist was sweet. Plump like me but was always ready with warm greetings and ensured our stay was perfect.Our housekeeper on the 10th floor ,young and hardworking.The restaurant personnel were also lovely and gave us a lovely experience.The hotel is ok...just a few improvements and all will be perfect.

    Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Rude Staff

    Poor Service and Rude StaffThe front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Any questions I asked were met with short, rude replies. It felt like they had no interest in making guests feel comfortable or valued.The service overall was slow and unorganized. Simple requests took far too long, and the staff showed no effort to improve the situation. For the price I paid, I expected far better hospitality.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant or professional experience. There are many other places where you’ll be treated with respect and basic courtesy.

    City Convenience on a Budget!

    We booked this hotel for an event nearby though MakeMyTrip, and it turned out to be a great choice! Just a short walk from DCC Metro Station, the location is spot-on—right in the heart of the city. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Bonus points for being easy on the wallet too. Would definitely consider staying again for a fuss-free city visit!

    The hotel leela had a great staff .I went there for staying and to enjoy.I had delicious breakfast with varieties of choice.Receponist sneha kewat made my entrance smooth and make me feeled welcomed and comfortable.Thank uh everyone most liked hotel in dubaii.
