    AVOID! Safety hazard and terrible management. I was injured in the sauna by protruding rusty nails, a case officially confirmed by Dubai Tourism (DET). Despite promising a refund and compensation, I haven't received a single cent. The hotel has been ghosting me for 3 weeks and is even ignoring official inquiries from Booking.com. Completely unprofessional and unsafe—stay away!

    Avoid This Hotel and LoveholidaysArrived at Marina View Hotel at 11:30pm with two small children, only to be told that none of our three separate bookings (made through Loveholidays) existed. After a long day of travelling, this was incredibly distressing.The staff were rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help resolve the situation. We were left to find and pay for alternative accommodation in the middle of the night with two exhausted children.A completely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this hotel or booking through Loveholidays.

    The rating for this hotel should be low because very old rooms , broken and dated furniture cupboards?? I don't know what kind of hygiene they have !!! I entered the hotel checking in well after 5pm so they had ample time to to have a ready apartment checked in there was a problem with the door key fault on the door so they had engineer come replace the locks that was fairly efficient,but still took time . However on entering room no bath towels ,no water, only 1 pair pillows etc. even the bed sheets looked not changed. The shower bathtub was disgusting!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THE SHOWERHEAD WAS WEDGED IN PLACE WITH A PLASTIC SHOWER GEL BOTTLE UNBELIEVABLE !!! And washing machine on opening found someone wet clothes in there!!!! The room itself was dirty and hadn't been cleaned for some time, you can see dust on bedside lights.it was really gross! I asked reception over X3 times and even went out for 2hrs to give them time to sort out the room -on return to room x1 towel given Nothing else!!! I went down the girl apologised said was her fault she sent housekeeping to wrong room. The customer service at reception was appalling a rude man on reception interrupting my conversation with the Philipina girl I was really shocked by the blatant attitude !!! In the end housekeeping came name of 😀Salaama Egyptian man and the only member of staff who I would say did his job with a smile!😀 I had to supervise exactly the preparation of the room.i only give this young man😀 Salaama😀 in house keeping a huge credit everyone else in the hotel that I encountered were terrible, they all seemed to hate there jobs,and reception were very rude and no manners . At breakfast even there the staff were miserable and really gave off a bad vibe, the quality of food average nothing was labelled and not much variety .. This hotel greatly needs to pull up their socks work on their customer service and their attitude even the staff look depressed !!! Also RENOVATE the rooms it's seriously lacking! The only reason it's a contender is it's location I stay alot in Dubai and never will I return to this hotel!!!!

    After reading some review’s I was worried about staying here ,We found this hotel / apartment Great all staff were helpful, great location, The apartment was a bit tired , but clean , We had a great stay , we eat in the restaurant attached witch was good Unfortunately we never had time to use the lovely pool

    Good value for money. The apartments were comfortable and well maintained, and overall the stay was worth the price paid.However, the breakfast buffet could have had more variety. I also noticed fruit flies around the fruit section, likely because it had been left out for some time, which unfortunately affected my appetite.In addition, the TV in the room had a technical issue during my stay.That said, the room itself was good and comfortable, and overall the hotel offers good value for money.
