    I had a pleasant short stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a slight smell initially. Apoorva, who assisted me, handled the issue promptly and even offered a room change. I chose to stay, as the air freshener resolved it effectively.Apoorva and her colleague at reception during check-in were both very professional, friendly, and welcoming.
