299 rooms are located on 50 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Good place. Very decent for its price. Nice, spacious rooms and highly qualified personnel. Their rooms service and cleaners (especially Martha J.) did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. My only criticism is the GYM. It has some good equipment, but it should be maintained properly, as nearly half of benches and machines are either rusty or lack screws, making any training unsafe.     There is a constraction around the building, which creates noise all they.     I had the best experience staying here, neat rooms, passage way, the adult & kids pool side is to die for, the gym is topnotch, the sauna and steam is the best, the restaurant serves the best breakfast buffet, the receptionists, portals, and all the staffs here were very kind and polite especially the house two house keepers Bismi and Zinko. They both literally made sure that my room was always tidy and well cleaned, to me Bismi and Zinko are literally my best house keepers and extremely very friendly and charming👌. My experience here is top notch and am hoping to be back here soon.
