    Spent an amazing day at Fluid Beach Club! The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, with beautiful views and a great vibe all around. The staff were friendly and attentive, Renny welcomed us with a big smile, making sure everything was perfect. Loved the music, the pool setup, and the overall energy of the place—it’s definitely a spot I’d come back to for a fun and refreshing beach day 😊

    I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, and I feel compelled to submit this formal complaint due to the poor level of service and the multiple issues we experienced with the facilities.Firstly, my friend suffered an allergic reaction caused by the bedding, which had to be replaced. This is a serious matter and is completely unacceptable for a hotel of your supposed standard.In addition, the centrally controlled lighting system was repeatedly malfunctioning, and the air conditioning was unstable and inconsistent throughout our stay, which significantly affected our comfort.Furthermore, the service at the pool area was extremely disappointing. We waited for our juice order for a full hour, only for the order to be taken again. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting, we were informed that the juice was unavailable and that only water could be offered. This level of service is entirely unacceptable.Given the accumulation of these issues, I expect your management to take this complaint very seriously. I would also like to emphasize that I am particularly dissatisfied considering that my stay was for four days and the amount paid was not insignificant.     A weekend staycation on the beach with fantasic views of Palm and Dubai.The atmosphere on arrival was warm and inviting, with Alaaeldin, Front Office Manager, being attentive and engaging, ensuring that I was truely looked after. Yevgney was equally impressive - courteous, efficient and always ready with a smile.Housekeeping service was excellent - very clean room.Loved the pool/beach vibe - was lively but not out of control. Beach Service was very prompt.Spa ladies were excellent - all very friendly - ended up haveing a massage by Sandy - was totally relaxing... loved it!Overall a great place for a staycation if living in Dubai... fele like you got away but no long drive.
