Location

Facility

164 rooms, including 6 junior suites and 23 suites, are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     We had a wonderful stay at Canvas MGallery Hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful, with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub.The breakfast and dinner were served as a buffet, with a wide variety of options. It was a good and satisfying buffet, and we really enjoyed the food.The lobby is absolutely magnificent, and we truly appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We had a great time there as a family and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back.I would also like to warmly thank the staff, who were kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud, who was especially kind, generous, and attentive. It is certainly thanks to him that we will return to this hotel, as he made our experience even more enjoyable.

    the hotel was ok, we were kindly upgraded free of charge which was nice but the room was over the main dining room / restaurant the room was great very big was a little tired in the bathroom area where water had started to rot the wood etc but overall spaciousthe location was a bit out the way for most things, we found it hard to buy a coffee in the hotel and the dining areas only opened certain times with a 5 course lunch etc when we only wanted a snack, we ventured out but couldn't find any places to buy a simple sandwich or anything like thatanother problem was the music the hotel music corridors and restaurant was quite loud, our room was over the restaurant and the constant scraping of chairs and music through the floor kept me awake i did call reception to complain but nothing was done and it only finished when the restaurant closed at 1 and the music was switched off at 1.15ami would recommend staying away from room Arabian Gulf suite
