We spent our first night here after arriving at the airport. It was close, sufficiently clean and good value. Would stay again if I were in Dubai.

Convenient location near metro and creek ferry, helpful staff, great room upgrade with a lovely Dubai Creek view.

The hotel is on the opposite side of Bur Dubai, with easy access by boat across the creek. The location is very convenient. The metro station is also very close and walkable. The staff were supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Bashir, in particular, was very helpful. We received a room upgrade, and the view of Dubai Creek was excellent. The nearby ferry made it easy to travel around and explore the area.

Not the best option if you are staying for a long time

I didn't stay for a long time at the hotel only for 4 hours because I arrived too late. The check-in took a long time as no-one was there, a hotel staff called someone to come. The room was located in a high floor, it was fine but needs major renovations especially the bathroom. The noise from the night club is a problem. The view from the room is nice.

The room smelled like mold and there was cockroaches running on the floor and walls . We left immediately. Awful experience.
