    Front desk manager attitude problem

    I visited your hotel on the 27th at around 4:00 PM to meet the Procurement Manager. Upon entering the hotel, I approached the Front Desk Manager, an Indian gentleman wearing a blue blazer, and asked where the purchasing office was located. He informed me that it was on the first floor.I proceeded directly to the first floor; however, I could not locate the office as there was no signage—only guest rooms or suites. I hesitated to open any doors since I was unsure which one was the office. I then returned to the ground floor and approached him again for clarification.In front of other hotel staff, he responded sarcastically, saying: “First floor is the office! Of course, you need to open the door. You need to open it! Hello…”I was shocked by his attitude, as I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position within the hospitality industry. I felt humiliated and bullied in front of the hotel staff, who were clearly his subordinates.I hope that management can address this matter and ensure that staff members demonstrate proper professionalism and courtesy. I have visited many hotels where the staff were respectful and professional; unfortunately, this visit was a very unpleasant experience.

    I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The staff were kind but the room they gave us had a dirty floor which was due to the carpet or rug that needed to be changed and I think they don't check the room before handing it over because there was no fridge and the mini bar was not charged at all and the toiletries were only charged for one person and after finding out there were two of us they charged for two people after two days. Cleaning is done daily and the breakfast was varied but repetitive. Although the room supervision was weak but overall I recommend this hotel

    We had an Important Event in Dubai. The Park Hotel not only made flawless arrangements and Logistic support but took care of perfect loadging and Boarding for our group of 20 people. Highlights & Advanteges:1. LOCATION: Just 15 to 20 mins drive from Dubai airport and 5 mins walk from Metro station2. NEAREST LANDMARKS: City center mall 5 mins walk, Good restaurants, Mini markets, pharmacy etc3. STAFF: Senior staff, and Receptionist extremely polite, thorough professional with gentle and caring approach. The big USP is staff eagerness to offer assistance at the beck and call. Once I call Reception for room service post midnight it was delivered in fraction of the minute. The entire staff which including housekeeping and reception made each one in our group feel valued and at home4. RATE: Affordable luxury with all amenities and facilities5. Spacious Lobby: well maintained and good decor6. BREAKFAST: Well maintained and spacious Restaurant. Nice varieties which include indian items, fruits, juices, continental varieties with customised breakfast also made available 7. Airport pick up and drop: The hotel also provide All travel related assistance and make arrangements for local sightseeing. RATING: Rooms: 5.0Staff & Service: 5.0Location: 5.0

    Very racism recption His name is asheq I have booked my room as large bed and he said it's showing tow bed but I'm not the one authorized to agoda to write on the website is larg bed , this not the case there on recption he was talking to me he is very nice i don't remember his name was night shift he try to help me on my case he did all his effort and I was little mad as well because I can't sleep on this bed and that recption his name is Asheq he came on the middle of conversation and spoke in a very rude way he came just to fight not to fix not found solutions he is face was very mad like he hits his job or he doesn't like the hotel, bro if you don't like your job just leave it instead of showing your mad face to the client who's coming to relax, after few mints I started again to talk to the first receptionist and then I found this guy asheq when I was talking to recption he keeps smile when I'm talking to his colleague he didn't respect me or his colleagues or the name of the hotel.     Exceptional Staff, Comfortable Stay, but Rooms Need an Update.

    My friends and I have been staying at this hotel for more than a week. We have stayed at many hotels before, but we have never encountered such friendly staff. Mr. Ashbin, the receptionist, and Mr. Sanad, the bellboy, are especially wonderful,they treat us like family. The only downside is that the furniture in the rooms looks quite old, and the TV is also an outdated version. Everything else is fine!
