    I would like to highlight my experience with the receptionist Amal and Ali Ali is the receptionist who did the check in , he wasn't very clear with the hotel policy.Amal is the duty in charge who did the check out She is rude , unprofessional, lier and very insulting to me , who doesn't have the capabilities to handle any guest issues or even explain it in a proper way to de-escalate the situation and on top of that when i asked about the name of the person who did the check in to me , she lied and told me that she don't know his name.Literally is the worse customer service i have ever had in a hotel , employee like her shouldn't be the face of any established ever

    Front desk staff is rude, Ruksha at the reception was unprofessional and condescending as if she owns the hotel. The minute i walked through lobby door she just told me that they do not have any rooms available and check in is at 2pm. No greeting no customer service.

    I had a very pleasant stay at S Hotel Barsha. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Albar, Jobaid, Amal, Rukshar, and their manager.

    Worst hotel in Dubai !

    I’ve been to many hotels in Dubai and this one is the worst one ever!! It’s supposed to be a 4 stars hotel but it’s not even close to be a 3 star. Very bad maintenance and service. Same breakfast every day , the housekeeping manager literally told me I was a liar when I called to tell my sheets had not been changed since two day. Room’s poorly maintained and cleaned. Toiletries and towels have to be requested every day . The receptionists , unfriendly as hell !!! I would have left if I hadn’t payed the whole amount for the stay.
