    Amazing hotel! Close to the metro, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool. I Would definitely come here again if I visit dubai again.

    The rooms were tidy and quiet with a wonderful cleaning crew. The location is right next to the metro which was quite convenient. The location has nice food spots at a walking distance as well. Had a pleasant 5 days of stay and would definitely visit again.

    For a 3 star hotel it has all the basic amenities you need. The room was comfortable. We stayed in the first week of October so there was some construction work going on, it wasn't noisy at all, and didn’t effect our trip. Close to Festival city and Mohammed bin Rashid Library.

    I had the worst experience ever—truly one of the most ridiculous and incompetent services I’ve ever encountered. The duty manager, Muhammad, is completely unfit for the role. He’s an inexperienced, manager who acts like he owns the hotel. The supervisor of security is no better. There was no one at the reception, and other staff were loudly speaking to their friends on their phones, even using the speakerphone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

    I requested one of the basic things that most hotels offers, which is “tooth brush” they told me we don’t have it now, and then I told them to prepare it for the second day, and the guy from reception told me they don’t know when and he told me buy it from any supermarket, and he refused when I told him to send on of the staff to buy for me, although I’m paying.
