    The location is fantastic, offering a magical view of Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed. The staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and patient. A special thank you to Ms. Thet and Ms. Honey for their exceptional hospitality and assistance. My stay was truly unforgettable.

From a smooth check in process to a seamless check out, as well as prompt and reliable room service, the overall level of hospitality reflects a strong operational standard. Attention to detail in guest handling is evident, contributing to a generally pleasant and hassle free stay.The location is one of the hotel’s strongest assets. Ideally situated along Sheikh Zayed Road and directly adjacent to a metro station, it offers excellent connectivity to major attractions, business districts, and key landmarks across Dubai.     Good value hotel with amazing views

    Overall, this is a nice hotel. You can tell the property is quite old, but the rooms seem to have been upgraded recently, so overall they are in good condition.The views are amazing, especially from the higher floors. We stayed on the 42nd floor once and I think on the 45th floor on another occasion, and both times the view was a real highlight.The breakfast was not great and felt overcrowded, which took away from the experience a bit. There also do not seem to be enough lifts for the size of the hotel, so sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for one.However, the in-room dining menu was really good, and the food was tasty.If you need a relatively affordable hotel with amazing views, this is a good option.

    I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the staff at Tower Plaza hotel with two people in particular the first being Eliya Wandeba (head of security) who was excellent throughout my stay and always made sure that i was looked after and extremely helpful with anything that i needed to know and also Mina Atef, the Office Manager at Tower Plaza Hotel.During an extremely difficult and stressful time, when I was caught up in the war in the Middle East and wasn't able to get a flight back to the UK, Mina showed exceptional professionalism and kindness seeing as I was in a situation filled with uncertainty and anxiety, his support made a real difference.Mina handled everything with great care, patience, and understanding. He went above and beyond to provide reassurance, assistance, and practical help when it was most needed. His calm manner and dedication to guests are a true credit to Tower Plaza Hotel.I will always be deeply grateful for the way he supported me during such a challenging period. Staff like Mina are rare, and he deserves to be recognised for the outstanding service and genuine care he provides.

    We recently stayed at Tower Plaza Hotel, Dubai as a family of 10, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.A special mention goes to Preeti at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our rooms without us even asking, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Her warm hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.The overall service at the hotel was excellent—staff were courteous, prompt, and always ready to assist.
