This hotel is located on the Damascus Road in the heart of the Al Qusais business and commercial district. It is only 15 minutes from the Dubai Exhibition and Convention Centre and 5 minutes away from Terminal 2 of the Dubai International Airport.

The hotel has a lift and features 232 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground.     Decent hotel but not in a great location

    Time Grand Plaza is a 4-star hotel not far from the Dubai International Airport, although it does not provide any shuttle service and the airport is too far for walking there. So the location is not particularly attractive, as it is neither in a nice area of Dubai nor very close to the airport.While the rooms are sufficiently sized and decently decorated, they start to look in need of a renovation. There is a rooftop pool which tend to be rather busy and a small gym.Breakfast and lunch/dinner are served in the hotel restaurant and are fair, with quantity probably winning over quality.Staff is very nice and kind and genuinely try to help the customers.     ABSOLUTE FRAUD: Crisis Exploitation, AI, and Biohazards!

    Rating: ⭐ (0/5)I am writing this stranded during a regional crisis.1. The "Double-Dipping" Extortion & Forced Evacuation:The hotel management demonstrated a shocking lack of "Duty of Care." Initially, we were provided with two nights of guaranteed accommodation by flydubai. However, at the peak of the crisis, the hotel staff called our rooms and ordered us to evacuate within 15 minutes, claiming buses were waiting for all flydubai residents. We were literally thrown out during dinner time, forced to leave in a panic for a non-existent flight.After being abandoned at the airport for hours and finding no help, we returned to the hotel at 00:30 AM, exhausted and hungry. Despite our stay being pre-paid and guaranteed for two nights, the hotel refused to let us back in. They blackmailed us: pay out of pocket or sleep on the street. They sold us our own pre-paid rooms while we were stranded in an emergency.2. Real-Life View: Dirty and Untouched Rooms:After being extorted for more money, they put us back into the EXACT SAME UNTOUCHED ROOMS. As my photos prove (photo 4 and 5 ), the beds were unmade, our belongings left as were, and nothing had been cleaned since we were forced to leave. They didn't even pretend to provide a new service.3. Living in a Biohazard:The hygiene standards are horrible:• Mould & Rot: Visible black mould and rotting fixtures in the bathroom.• Biohazards: Filthy windows, practically opaque with dirt, and windowsills covered in thick layers of bird droppings that have clearly been there for months.• Housekeeping Failure: Service is non-existent. Even after repeated requests, the rooms remain subpar and neglected. The housekeeping service is a joke. After ignoring our rooms all day, they finally showed up at 20:00 (8 PM) while I was in the washroom.Upon reading other reviews this has been an ongoing situation for a long time, unprofessional attitude from all sides.4. More LIES:The cherry on top, the photos when searching this hotel are AI generated. Time Grand Plaza Hotel Google search shows AI-generated images (see the Meta AI watermark on their google room photos!) and should be reported immediately to prevent guests from being misguided!VERDICT:Time Grand Plaza Hotel is a parasite on the hospitality industry. They have zero respect for "Duty of Care" and even less for international consumer law. To throw guests out in the middle of the night during a war-related crisis is a stain on Dubai’s reputation. I will be pursuing every legal avenue with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and international aviation authorities to ensure this hotel is held accountable for their illegal actions. This establishment doesn’t control their shared photos and misguides guests about their rooms and uses crises to steal money from guests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.     Give this place a wide berth.

    Rooms dirty , with dead insects and smelling mouldy. Bathroom floor constantly wet leaking from toilet. Towels very frayed and not looking clean. Only 2 bath towels, no hand towels. One cup in the room for tea or coffee. How are 2 people able to enjoy a cup together? The lighting is extremely poor. The keys keep going wrong meaning trips to reception. The buffet is really expensive and not very appetising. We wouldn't bother again. Shower runs extremely slow. Basically, a very tired hotel needing a deep clean and renovation. Our friends found their room in a disgusting state too. 'Grand' Plaza is a joke.     I had stay in the hotel for 3 nights and the hotel suite is good. It was not that clean, where I fount tissues and hair. Moreover, there is no good interaction with the staff, and communication is bad.
