Location

This hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the city centre shopping mall, 10 minutes' drive from the Gold Souk and the Spice Souk and 20 minutes from the sandy Jumeirah Beach. It lies 3.8 km from Dubai International Airport.

Facility

40 junior suites, 12 suites, 90 apartments and 38 studios are located on 13 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include a washing machine, an ironing set, a trouser press and a tumble dryer. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers and the daily newspaper provide additional comfort in the rooms. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the apartment hotel offers golf. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the apartment hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam.

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar.     Absolutely terrible experience at Tulip Creek Hotel Apartment!!!

    We booked a 2-bedroom hall apartment to celebrate my friend’s birthday dated March 28, 2026 (Saturday checked in at around 7 PM). What should have been a happy and memorable occasion turned into a stressful and disappointing situation from the moment we arrived.We admit there was a mistake during booking, my friend did not update the number of guests on Agoda and it remained at 2 pax. However, any reasonable person would understand that booking a 2-bedroom apartment clearly implies more than 2 guests. If we were only two people, we would have simply booked a hotel room, not a full apartment. Despite explaining this calmly, the staff showed zero consideration, no flexibility, and kept insisting on their policy without any willingness to help.THE WORST PART WAS THE ATTITUDE OF THE TWO RECEPTION STAFF ON DUTY. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WE ASKED FOR THEIR NAMES MULTIPLE TIMES, BUT THEY REFUSED TO PROPERLY PROVIDE THEM AND WERE NOT EVEN WEARING NAME PLATES. MANAGEMENT SHOULD SERIOUSLY REVIEW THE CCTV FOR MARCH 28 AROUND 7 PM TO IDENTIFY THESE INDIVIDUALS. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY FOR A PROPERTY CLAIMING TO BE 4-STAR.We also asked to speak with the duty manager, but they refused to connect us or provide any contact details. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding accountability.Another major issue: our booking was already fully paid via Agoda, yet during check-in they asked us to pay the same amount again as a “security deposit,” which they said would be refunded upon checkout. We agreed just to proceed with our plans. On top of that, they charged AED 30 for tax. Since they didn’t have change for cash, my friend paid using a card.After ALL these payments and delays, they suddenly told us we could not check in because we were more than 2 people. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of coordination and customer handling. To make things worse, when we asked for a refund, they did NOT return the AED 30 tax paid by card.No apology, no solution, no effort to assist—just rude behavior and poor service throughout. We ended up leaving the property extremely upset, and our birthday celebration was completely ruined.This is the first time we have ever experienced such treatment, especially since we usually stay in 4-star or 5-star hotel apartments. Based on this experience, this property clearly does not meet 4-star standards at all.Very disappointing, very unprofessional, and definitely NOT recommended! Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

    Worst Hotel Ever!!!

    Never come again to this hotel. Receptionist indian guy is very rude. He does not know customer service. He even told me if I can speak english which I am talking to him in English. Check-in took more time and keeps us waiting. Photos in ads looks good but its not the same in person. I will never stay again in this hotel. Even guests is not allowed but their ads in trip.com its allowed for 2 guests. I ended up giving my hotel booking to a friend instead of staying there. Please make sure your Receptionists staff were well trained specially when it comes to customer service.

    This is one of the worst hotels in the UAE. The receptionist was extremely rude and treated the guests in a humiliating and disrespectful manner. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the area. It would be much better to choose another hotel where guests are treated with basic respect. Please don’t book to Tulip creek Hotel apartment

    Quiet and Budget friendly hotel apartments

    I have been staying at Tulip creek 1 bhk apt for 20 days now, The stay has been amazing rooms are very spacious and clean, basic kitchen amenities are available along with fridge and washing machine (best for long stay purposes) Johurul & Nojir from HK are very humble and attentive performing there jobs on daily basis. Mohan from reception is a great asset to the hotel, the way he connects and assists guests is fantastic. I had trouble extending my stay as hotel was full but FO incharge Hunain & Mohan made it very swift to provide resolution so i could rebook. All FO and bell team staff are amazing. Not to forget Yasin (lifeguard at poolside) is also very humble and attentive when it comes to watching over kids.The pool itself is simple and comfy, not too crowded.The hotel is on very convenient location, walking distance from the nearest mall and metro station hence very budget friendly too for long stays. The staff make it even more wonderful place to stay.Things to improve: HK needs to relook and renew into their linen inventory as the bedsheets and towels are unacceptably damaged condition i had to request at times to change it. Additionally bathtub keeps clogging need to ask eng to fix it, better to find permanent solution.Overall stay has been amazing. Cannot really complain about anything. Keep it up !

    Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately NOT great. The check-in took over an hour, and the receptionist was very rude and not welcoming at all. We also encountered an issue during our stay, and the staffs were not able to offer us with any solution that we decided to move in a different hotel to stay for the night. On top of that, the amenities and furniture felt quite outdated. Hoping the management takes this as constructive feedback to improve both service and their facilities.
