    The worse hotel i ever stayed in dubai.Dirty,old,staff barely speak English everything was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Had a very comfortable experience. I stayed for 5 nights in February 2025 with my wife and two sons. I had booked 2 Studio apartments but on arrival, they gave me 1 BR apartments and we stayed in those lavish and extra spacious apartments. Its a neat, clean well well-maintained property with a very good location with close proximity to restaurants, super superstore, and the commute. The staff is also very cooperative and polite.

    The location is good and centrally placed for access to Burjuman Mall and Metro Station. But the service is below par. Anything you request will be handled only after 2-3 follow ups. Simple stuff like Mattress and pillow took hours of follow up. Honestly, they don't seem to care about the Customer experience.
