    Delightful Stay, Good Food, Polite Staff

    I stayed for nearly 21 days at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the Stay. Rooms were clean and amenities like gym and swimming pool are well maintained. I really liked the breakfast and lunch options. Staff Nikita, Ahmad, Ritik, John, Jubir were polite and helpful. Evening complimentary snacks they provided during War time was very thoughtful.The place is very close to Onpassive Metro Station (1.8 km) and Bus stand is 200 steps away . I booked through their direct website and got 25% discount. I would recommend them providing options like Netflix or Amazon Prime in TV.     We are the guests with the daughter who only ate pizza.Food: We originally booked only breakfast, but spontaneously decided on a flexible dinner package once we arrived. You don’t have to book the package for your entire stay. You simply state how many days you want to eat at the hotel. If you have a trip booked and eat there, for example, you don’t pay for that day.The Menu: You choose from a special menu (2 soups, 2 salads, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts to choose from).Special Request: If there is really nothing for you on the set menu, you can talk to the waiters and choose a main course from the regular menu instead. The chicken and beef burgers are highly recommended!A huge thank you to the waiter Ahmad. He is the best! He is extremely attentive, remembers what guests like to eat, and always finds a solution if something isn't right.Small point of criticism: The breakfast buffet is good, but it could include some items from the à la carte menu that unfortunately cost extra.Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were cleaned once a day. Fresh towels, hand soap, and shower gel were also provided. Everything looked clean.Check-in/out: Upon arrival, there is also the possibility (if you have to wait too long for check-in) to check in or out a few hours early for an affordable surcharge. You just have to ask at the reception.Beach: There is a shuttle to the beach every morning from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.Suggestion for improvement: I think there could be another shuttle in the afternoon for those who like to go to the beach in the evening.     We stayed this hotel almost 11 day. And everything is great especially the stuff so professional cleaning to buffet services. The breakfast is very nice and you can find a lot of different kind of culture and cuisine. My favorite is fruit salad, veggie salad and yogurt. Because most hotels doesnt have these kind of too much food and delicious dishes 😍 also room services are so good because even ıf you are hungry in midnight you can order in your and the prices are not expensive. Also the breakfast team are very professional especially NIKITA. She is very kind,nice and everytime ask to ecerybody everything is good or not. This feedbacks are very good for the guests.
