    We booked a staycation in this lovely hotel during the weekend. It did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful. The diner buffet had lots of variety of foodstuff.     Still a Gem in the East Crescent

    Took a chance to reward myself during this turmoil and Waldorf Palm surely provided that well needed rest. Some of the restaurants are closed due to current situation in Dubai. But this provided a serene experience almost like Seychelles. Peaceful, elegant and that sense of privacy. Htet in Palm Avenue for the great service. Star of the stay is Indira who took care of us, made it special, warm and attended to our needs and explained everything. Also Khin on the messaging platform answered and handled our queries and request.     Super classy hotel with impeccable service

    We had a lovely return visit for a few days - rooms and bathrooms are beautiful with lovely amenities. The breakfast and restaurant options are all delicious and service impeccable. They have a very well equipped gym and we really enjoyed our time by the pool as well. Just a very slick and classy operation. One thing to consider is getting a sports bar or place people can watch live sport - it was a shame to have to visit other nearby hotels for this.
