    The location was not convenient. It is only close to the dubai frame. The atmosphere was horrible. The receptionists were never there.. we had to wait for them to come so that we could check in . The rooms were third rate and full of cockroaches. The towels were bad and the bedsheets were nit changed daily. The floor was really dirty and sticky. They did not give us an extra bedsheet when we requested for it and a receptionist also told us that he would not give us an extra room key. On telling him that he had given an extra room key for another room of ours, he gave it. This hotel I terrible and not suitable for families. The breakfast was horrible and sad and really stale. The lighting in the lobbies on different floors is depressing.

    Absolutely awful. We stayed one night and left. 2 sunloungers, 1 umbrella, parties all night. We packed up and left and went to our usual hotel. Spa smelt disgusting. On first look, everything looks okay but after a night you see the place for what it is.     We stayed here with my husband and baby and a lot of families living here for a long time. But rooms are not soundproof and some smoking and drinking people coming at this hotel to spend there time and bring too much headache for customers: sounds and all smell you can feel at your room day and night. Before never hotel where we stayed in Dubai was like this and also it was not allowed to coming at night for another people who don't stay at hotel. Here security don't mind. Today near room guys made party, like a 20 people came. They are drinking, smoking and make loud music and now 1.00am and security can't do anything. When we made complaints to reception they like don't hearing, also don't helpful at all. It's means anybody can come at this hotel and disturb long stay family customers. Can say good words only for housekeeping.     Could Be Better

    Booked for 3 nights at West Zone Plaza. The property is old and you can see it in the maintenance and up keep of the place. The check in was good, staff and service is good. The rooms are big and the location is excellent. Only down side of this property is the maintenance and up keep. You get to see a low maintained property with rooms having peel out wall paper, molded bathroom tiles and air vents, 60 plus channels on TV and not one of them are any in English except of course of news channels. The only good side to the stay was it's location, and service of the staff otherwise this place is overpriced and under maintained.     The worse area ever

    Of all the places I've ever been in my whole life, this is the worst! Dirty shabby rooms, Cockroaches run everywhere in general, not only in the bathroom, but also in the kitchen, next to the microwave, in the room. Cleaning of the rooms does not come at all even if wait until 21:00, So anyway, in the end, you have to call, they say yes, and anyway, they don't send anyone, you do it three times, with an interval of several hours, then you end up getting angry and go down to their reception, you swear with them they say that they will decide everything, in fact nothing happens anyway, and so I had several days, just think, for three days they did not bring me water, taking into account the fact that I constantly called, they did not update any accessories either, The dishes were not washed, the beds were not straightened, Towels were not changed and in general they were not even reported, I had to swear every day and go down to the reception, because nothing was decided through the call, even when I waited more than 3 days, there was still such a case when I was brought up to white heat so that they sp they decorate my room number, I tell them 218, they point-blankly prove to me that 218 does not exist, what they have in the hotel ends at 212! got there, and floats, because there is no normal filtration and purification system, while they have a cleaning day, when the pool is completely closed for the whole day, they do not open it in time, And I want to say a lot more, but there is no room for restrictions on symbols Front Office Manager, Revenue Management at Wescott Plaza Hotel Apartments, responded to this review Dear KagiThank you for sharing your detailed feedback.
