    This is the most dirty hotel in UAE. We ( me and my wife ) were about to stay for two weeks but luckily we canceled our stay to this hotel. There were sound of Rata cockroaches everywere. And the smell of the toilets was undiscribable.

    I stay for 2 night. Room 111. This is poor service hotel, especially receptionist staff. His name is SHANEEN. Hi has bad communication and Bad Attitude. I pay for room cleaning service. But no one clean my room. When i ask to them, they gave bad respons. I’ll never come back. Hope this company has good Communication Staff. Please train your employee “how to do Good Attitude”.

    I was really impressed by this hotel, especially as it is advertised as 1 star. I was hesitant when arriving, but my room was lovely. Really large, with 2 bed rooms, a huge bathroom, separate study/desk area and despite being on the first floor, was relatively quiet. The AC was noisy but for the price paid and considering it is a 1 star hotel, this was not an issue.Only a few minutes walk to the metro, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the area.

    Hotel is 2 minutes Walking distance from BaniYas metro station . No parking in surroundings , you get to depend only on Taxis. Choose Higher floors room as rooms at lower floors are too noisy . Staff are not so helpful

    The room is nice. Spacious and room service is good. Our request from housekeeping comes fast. ... breakfast amazing ... staff were friendly ... location and accessibility alos for taxi service is 24 open
