    It was a very bad experience, I have never seen such a hotel before, neither the rooms are good nor the breakfast is good, they do not even give water on the day of checkout nor do the staff have any way of talking special service staff 😡,there is nothing in the room no kettle TCM amenities,also b/f is alacart there is only three options fruits ,1 paratha for two person ,n omelet ,I will never stay in this hotel .

    The worst hotel in dubai, First Reception was so rud I was so shocked to see the receptionist Is that hospitality? 2nd he give me room full of smell And washroom was fullOf water like someone didn’t clean After that he change my room and that was also smelly But he did the room fresh Once I sit on bed I saw pillow have blood stains Bedsheet have blood stains And Dover is damege He change the pillow case after keep asking And he change the dovet But still smell didn’t go On check out Parking was paid Vally 20 AED And fully thing He park my car almost 500 meter far on open parking That is fraud Worst hotel ever Don’t book this don’t waste your money

    Nice place good service, The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, clean, and well-appointed room. It was spacious, with modern amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

    Very bad! This is an hotel, it's right, they have rooms also but not for the guest it’s for some others business! Room is full of dust & smelly. Hotel staff is very very rude. DON'T GO THERE!!! highly unrecommended.... This was my worst experience... Never think to go with family or child

    I am traveling around the world. This is terrible hotel till now i travel in dubai. I will not recommend any person to stay this hotel. I cannot sleep at night time because of loud music at down bar. We book hotel from agoda we are staying for 9 days. Bad experience of hotel industry. We see a lot of corkororch at room. And we see bed buds at bed. How can we stay like this room. And every time staff is asking where are you going at that time, i was going to my room. Every single person is asking same thing even i am staying till 9 night. We ask kettle for 4 times for reception, And also they are providing water only 2 bottle small, tv is also not working at all. The room is also smiling terrible. Money is not everything please provide quality of service as a hospitality service.
