The hotel is located in Discovery Gardens dubbed the "new Dubai". It is situated only 5 minutes from the extremly popular Dubai Marina and the Ibn Battuta Mall (the largest themed mall in the Middle East), and 10 minutes from the Jebil Ali Freezone and the Emirates Golf Club. Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah are 20 minutes away. This location is ideal for business or for pleasure.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 169 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     There is 2 only persons in the reception are kind and proffesionals, the rest are not proffessional, and not helpful at all, There is alawys a bad smell in the floor, I donot know its source but it settle with me in all me settle.The equipment inside the room are not all of them working well, specially the washing machine.

    No Proper TV Channel System

    The main problem we face in this hotel, there was no proper TV channels. I did a terrible mistake to stay in this hotel for my work cum holyday. The management least bothered to fix channel issues.I have informed all of my colleagues not to book here since we are all from media(adv) industries & very much related to TV channels.We are ok with other facilities .......location is vey convenient for us.My opinion is to give some priority for this kind of facilities.

    Worst exprencice at the front desk with the lady.we have checked in at around 6 pm in the evening and after coming in room we found the telephone was not working so we went and informed that to the lady at desk.she sended one person with me and after that he informed me that it will be fixed by tomorrow morning only.i again went on desk to request and the lady started shouting on me infront of everyone.she told me to checkout thn I ask for the refund she replied to check out and no refund will be given.my girlfriend was alone in the room and I was in the lobby and when u came back I found one another person doing the maintenance and when I requested him to go out he told me give me 30 minutes he will fix.i got really frustrated with all this and the worst exprencice I ever had in any hotel.no complain but need to train your staff how to deal with customers.thanks

    Good Hotel with excellent sleep comfort.

    I stayed in this hotel for about 28 days for a Project based on Jebel Ali. I would say if you are looking for a good sleep after a night shift then this hotel would be an ideal location due to the dark curtains etc. Hotel has got all amenities and got basement parking also. Internet connection is good and it won't let you down. Got washing machine / Microwave / Iron box / Cooking range / and some necessary utensils. Lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby so you won't get disappointed.

    the furnishing is very nice , the service also , the room arrangment is confortable , the gym is disappointing, the cleaning it is accettable , even if they could be better, the only big broblem that they have , is the night company inside the false ceeling ....during the night you can hear those small animals running under your head ....
