Title: Far below the standard expected from Address

    rating03 Aug 2026

We booked Address Beach Resort Fujairah expecting a luxury experience consistent with the reputation of the Address brand. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The resort is overcrowded with children throughout the entire day. Every pool is extremely busy and noisy, making any form of relaxation almost impossible. The beach is marketed as private, but there is no real privacy or exclusivity. It feels overcrowded and accessible to everyone.Service is one of the weakest aspects of the hotel. There is very little attention around the pools and beach, and the staff are rarely proactive. The level of hospitality is simply not what you would expect from a five star resort. We raised our concerns directly with the reception manager during the stay. Her response was simply, “Oh, very sorry,” and that was the end of it. There was no follow up, no proposed solution, no gesture of goodwill and no genuine effort to improve the experience. For a hotel claiming to offer luxury service, this was extremely disappointing. The restaurant offering is also very poor. Apart from the main buffet, the options are extremely limited. Many guests order food through Talabat, which says a lot about the quality and variety available inside the hotel. There is virtually no atmosphere or evening entertainment. The property becomes completely lifeless after dinner. The infrastructure and finishes feel inexpensive, and the overall experience lacks refinement, privacy and attention to detail. Nothing feels exclusive or particularly luxurious. This is clearly a family hotel designed mainly for guests with young children. Couples and guests looking for peace, privacy and premium service should seriously consider another property.Definitely not the Address experience we expected and not a hotel we would return to. Mustafa Abdelkader, Guest Services / Front Office at Address Beach Resort Fujairah, responded to this review Dear Travel-advisor119,Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us.We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and that we were unable to provide the level of luxury, exclusivity, and service you anticipated from the Address brand. We understand your disappointment regarding the atmosphere around the pool and beach areas, the service experience, dining options, and the overall resort environment. We are particularly concerned to learn that your feedback shared during your stay was not followed up on in a way that made you feel heard and supported. Our guests’ comfort and satisfaction are of the utmost importance, and we apologize that your concerns were not handled to the standard we aim to maintain.Your comments have been shared with our leadership team for thorough review. Feedback regarding service attentiveness, guest experience, facilities, and dining offerings is valuable as we continue to evaluate and enhance our standards. While we regret that your stay did not reflect the experience you were hoping for, we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity in the future to welcome you back and provide a stay that better represents the hospitality and quality we strive to deliver.Warm regards,Management Office
