    The staff around the Hotel are delightful. Warm, friendly and incredibly capable. The rooms are spacious, very clean and offer everything you would require for a short stay. However, a large rug would warm up the stark atmosphere of the room. We loved the pool and spa, noting the lifeguards did a fabulous job in ensuring everyone was safe and happy. The food for dinner and breakfast was just ok, but was reasonably priced, so that was factored in as well. The one thing that we felt was irritating was that you cannot charge things to your room, despite being constantly asked what your room number was. This is something we have never encountered on our many years of travelling and could not fathom why this is enforced. It requires paying along the way at the pool, shop and restaurant and surprisingly even room service. Bazaar! Overall, a relaxing stay, albeit a little frustrating at times.

    Amazing resort! I will definitely come back. I spent nine nights at this outstanding resort, where everything we needed was readily available around us.I had a huge room with the largest bathroom I have ever seen, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower cabin. The variety offered at breakfast exceeded my expectations.The level of cleanliness was exceptional; you could sense it everywhere, enhanced by a top-notch fragrance throughout the resort.The most important and touching aspect was the staff. From the security team at the hotel entrances to the management, everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay truly memorable

    Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This HotelOur stay was a chain of poor service, misrepresentation, and neglect from start to finish:Upon arrival, we asked to upgrade to a Sea View room. Reception claimed the hotel was fully booked, yet the property, pool, and beach were virtually empty. They assigned us the furthest possible room from the elevator in a massive layout with only one lift area at the front.After I posted an initial negative review, the reception manager called to apologize and offered to move us to a Sea View room at 11:00 PM—strictly on the condition that I delete my review.The new room was freezing cold. Even after completely turning off the AC, freezing air kept blowing all night. As a direct result, my 5-month-old infant developed a high fever and severe throat inflammation, forcing us to rush him to the Emergency Room at dawn because he couldn't breathe properly.There is an unbearable buzzing/whistling noise created inside the room whenever balcony doors in adjacent rooms are opened. On top of that, the lunch food quality at the restaurant was terrible.Despite causing medical distress to an infant and ruining our stay, the management refused to issue a refund or take proper responsibility.This hotel cares more about hiding bad reviews than ensuring the health and basic comfort of its guests. Totally unacceptable, and we will never return.
