Worse experience ever

The worse hotel ever i checked in, avoid this hotel, there is no professionalism at all, i was check-in on Dec 15 in room 517 there were no towels at all i went down to reception 2 times and asked about the towels they said okay we will deliver, then i called them third time they didn't bring the towels. And finally i went the reception 4th times and i asked the receptionist that this is a hotel or a joke nd he replied we don't have towels.

Amazed at how bad this hotel is. The hotel is still fully branded as Concorde so and looks like it was once quite nice - not any more. The hotel is dirty, service very poor and the facilities very sub par. Our executive room was large, but that's where the good review ends. While the room was stocked with coffee and water etc and the beds made, evidence of the previous occupants was everywhere. From trash on the floor, papers strewn across the table and hand prints all over the glass tabletops it was clear that the room had not been anything close to cleaned. The carpets and furniture were stained and very worn. We had no towels so tried to called down but never received an answer. Eventually we had to go to reception to arrange towels and ask for a room clean - which never happened. The pool is in a second building which is a challenge to get to. The whole hotel seemed empty with random furniture placed in communal areas which are very dated. Arriving at the pool the cafe and restaurant were in very poor condition, not open and derelict. I can only imagine that the positive reviews for this hotel are very dated - there's nothing inviting nor pleasant about staying here.

Avoid this hotel. We stayed for one night 24-25th October 2025. Room 2026.We found papers on the floor from the previous guests and that some dirty areas.We told reception and they said they would send someone to clean the room. They never did. Sofa was horrendous, we couldn’t even want to sit down. VERY Dirty furniture. Very unpleasant stay.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not a 5-Star StandardThis was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. As the saying goes, “first impressions last,” and unfortunately, this hotel left a terrible one.We arrived at 4:00 PM and were shocked to find a long queue at reception. We waited for over three hours just to reach the front desk. There were only two receptionists handling check-ins for a large crowd, which was extremely inefficient and frustrating.When we finally got to the counter, we were informed that our room was still not ready. We left our luggage with the concierge and went out to get some food, hoping the situation would be resolved by the time we returned. But even after coming back an hour later, the room was still unavailable — and by then, it was already 8:00 PM.The receptionist, Sajid Ahmed, could not even provide any assurance about when — or if — we would get a room. We stood in front of him for over 30 minutes, yet he continued to collect IDs from other guests instead of helping us complete our check-in.Finally, around 9:00 PM, we were given a room — five hours after arriving.This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The Arabic receptionist was rude, and the Indian manager on duty showed no initiative in handling the situation or offering any kind of guest recovery to ease our frustration.The hotel management seriously needs to improve its staff training, communication, and service standards. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
