Amazing experience at the hotel! We really enjoyed our stay and everything was top notch!! From the rooms to the food to the staff service, can't praise the place enough! A special thank you to Ismail at the reception for his warm welcome, politeness and providing us with all the necessary information we required for our stay, Darcet the lifeguard the kids absolutely loved him, very entertaining! And all the staff at the restaurant, they handled the crowd so efficiently, hats off to all of them! Can't wait to visit the place again!

We stayed from Sunday till Tuesday, all inclusive package. On Sunday it was pretty busy, Mon and Tue quite empty and peaceful. Hotel is very beautiful and clean, pool and beach as well. Plenty of food and drinks options. What I would specifically highlight is the exceptional customer service from beginning till end of our stay. Rohit at check-in, cleaning lady Himali, staff at Mozaique restaurant, guys at the pool have been so polite, helpful and attentive. Really amazing.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the entire team.From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were truly exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere, great facilities, and stunning surroundings that made the stay even more enjoyable.A special thank you to Hamdi, Dhiraj, Shanuka, Denis, and Jahangir for their warm service, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout my stay. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless.I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Hussain (Director) for his leadership and for maintaining such high standards of guest experience.Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Fujairah. From the very Begining until the very end the stay was much wonderdul. Everything is amazing from staff to senery to cleaniness. I want to especail thank the Reservation Manager Mr. Ahmad Rida for the fast Booking Confirmation and hospitality. Would also want to thank the Receptionist Mr. Saeed whom welcomed us with professionalism and friendliness. The room was very welcoming and wonderful thank you for the Housekeeping Team for the Birthday set us especailly Mr. Ahmad Al Sayfi from Housekeeping. A shout out also to all life gards for their freindliness and warming personality especailly Mr. Ali and Mr. Hamdan. Also we cannot forget the Concierge Team for assisting us a lot of times and being attentive especially Mr. Cosmos. Lastly i would like to thank the F&B team for being soo kind and welcoming especially Mr. Kiwan
