The location was so good, close to all proximities including malls, restaurants, beach etc surrounded by Hijar mountain. Receptionist Mr. Ahmed upgraded our room during checking-in to a best view room, he was so courteous and supportive. The room had a splend view of the city, including the airport run way which was so close by, also the view of Hijar mountain was so exciting. Basic room supplies including mineral water was provided unlimited. Had a coffee maker as well plus other standard provisions. Bed was so comfy, and bathroom was so clean and spacious. Overall its a well maintained property. The bar availble was not that appealing, but the restaurant including the breakfast spread was excellent. Restaurant attenders namely Junalyn was so welcoming, courteous and helpful. Overall had a peaceful 2 days stay celeberating christmas eve and christmas day.

Well situated. Please help identify the floors for the elevators since the elevator light display doesn’t work.

Fujairah is a quiet city. So don’t expect much. Hotel is well situated with two grocery stores across the street and allSorts of good restaurants beside it. Rooms are comfy and well maintained staff are great and friendly. The pool is basically a splash pool on the roof so don’t expect much. The elevators floors are not marked at all. So when it stops, you have no idea what floor you are getting off on. Everyone was complaining about the confusion. But the rooms were soundproof which was amazing. I would stay here again. The gorgeous masque is right behind the hotel.

Bad smell experience, no support at the time you need , old electronics staff, no available parking at all time , dirty outside windows, sewerage smell inside the room, limited time to use spa and sauna
