Non-professional staff can severely tarnish a hotel's reputation.

The problems began right at check-in, where Mr. Khan, the staff member at the counter, treated us with a lack of respect, almost as if we were schoolchildren. He seemed unaware of our booking details, despite my reservation for a suite accommodating two adults and two children. Instead, he downgraded us to a studio and made unnecessary arrangements that complicated our situation. As a GHA Platinum member, I expected some recognition, but there was none, so the possibility of an upgrade was out of the question. To make matters worse, the hotel was less than half full, yet Mr. Khan assigned us the lowest category room. Because of his rude attitude, I felt compelled to book another room nearby, which ultimately ruined our trip.During check-in, I asked to speak with the reservations manager, Mohammad, but he claimed to be too busy to come to the reception. After waiting for about three hours and sending several reminders, he finally appeared, but with an irritated demeanor. He offered excuses, stating that he had just returned from a three-month leave and had a backlog of tasks, which is why he couldn't attend to us sooner.Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I've stayed at numerous hotels without ever leaving a negative review, but this was, without a doubt, my worst experience, especially while traveling with family and children. I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning. Wonderful Stay at Nour Arjaan by Rotana, Fujairah

Had dinner at Nour Arjaan by Rotana, Fujairah today during my stay, and the grilled dishes were simply superb. A special thanks to Pradeep for recommending the grill—it was an excellent choice and made the dining experience truly memorable.The front reception team was warm, cheerful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I would also like to thank Mustafa, the room attendant, for his special care and excellent service throughout my stay.The hotel is definitely worth staying at, offering breathtaking views of the Fujairah Corniche and the surrounding mountains. The combination of outstanding hospitality, delicious food, and the scenic beauty of the UAE made this a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! A relaxing Christmas break!

The location was so good, close to all proximities including malls, restaurants, beach etc surrounded by Hijar mountain. Receptionist Mr. Ahmed upgraded our room during checking-in to a best view room, he was so courteous and supportive. The room had a splend view of the city, including the airport run way which was so close by, also the view of Hijar mountain was so exciting. Basic room supplies including mineral water was provided unlimited. Had a coffee maker as well plus other standard provisions. Bed was so comfy, and bathroom was so clean and spacious. Overall its a well maintained property. The bar availble was not that appealing, but the restaurant including the breakfast spread was excellent. Restaurant attenders namely Junalyn was so welcoming, courteous and helpful. Overall had a peaceful 2 days stay celeberating christmas eve and christmas day.
