    Worst hotel in existence

    I came to this hotel expecting it to be minimum decent. I came into my hotel room and there was many issues which I will address in order :1. The duvet wasn't even clean it smelt of BO straight away so clearly wasn't changed2. The blanket/throw for the bed was ripped and had stains 3. The ceiling had damp mold on it 4. I feel there was also quite a few bedbugs as felt itchy every time I got I to bed without FAIL

    It was booked as a last minute availability, so I had no other choice, Unfortunately it's only a 2 stars hotel and not 3 stars as mentioned. I got a so called higher end room but it is not as satisfactory as portrayed. The staff are doinf their very best to satisfy the customers, but the building itself is years beyond demolition, its just outdated and cannot be renovated to current , even basic, standards. I deliberatly do not want to post any pictures, it would be to much in contadiction to the pictures displayed on their advertisement.

    The worst Hotel everI reserved with them through Agoda.com and made mistake in reservation. and it was saying free cancellation. when I requested cancellation, Agoda said that they refuse to cancel it and have to pay 2 days extra. i called them and they said they cant cancel....worst hotel ever.

    During 2022 I visited that hotel two times , it was so good , unfortunately I didn't not read the reviews, but a sad ( double) experience with same place, so I got to safe my visit to any city by granted another two or three hotel more to safe time and money, in January 2023 , I made a reservation from Abu Dhabi, I planned and I decided to visit, when I reached my reservation was cancelled, one day before!!! Although it was mentioned that my reservation will be cancelled by 2 pm on the date of arrival, normal hotels they call on the day of arrival, however once I reached there, they show attitude, big body voice show , absolutely not a safe place to visit or stay, they look to you and your guest like if you are in a police station or under investigation!!! So I moved to plan B and moved to the second hotel in the city with 10 AED extra, but it was better than lose my vacation plan on that day , once again, you are not a professional people at all in that filed , it's not good to offer low price on booking.com , once you guarantee hotel is full , directly without any common sense you just cancel, because someone will pay more on the day of booking!!! Come on , what a stupid greedy management!!!! Better don't be online, don't offer rooms , don't waste our time with your stupid fish market mentally, you should respect the online policy and rules , it's not your father online site on booking.com to play with the people like that,

    Actually the worse transaction I ever had for hotel booking by cancelling my booking before a day of my arrival, while you mailed that my card was updated and accepted by the property.................
