    its one of the worst experience I've ever had, i have been in uae for 11 years but this is One of the worst and most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had at the Aryana Hotel in Sharjah. The staff are unprofessional and don't care to customer complaints. maintenance work is done from 6:00 AM, and they do not care about the guests’ sleeping times and comfort despite the complaint, no action or attention was taken.

    Excellent hotel, heart of the city. Beautiful room with very nice view. Staff member are very helpful specially Hamza Julius and Kasim from night Belldesk. Very recommended hotel. Have great fun for family.

    The worst!!!!!!!!

    The worst hotel we’ve stayed at, the reception staff need training on how to speak to people. The rooms were not clean, this is NOT a 4* hotel more like 2*. The bathroom was awful. They give 2 bottles of water any extra you have to pay for, also 2 towels. The pictures dont look nothing like the hotel! We requested a cot and there was a whole and it was dirty. The hotel manager needs to be fired! She’s absolutely rubbish!!!!

    The worst experience in my all life👎 with this hotel , let’s start from the front office “receptionist very very rude i think he need to study how to be a good receptionist before working in this field “The room is not like the picture at all the pictures all fake 👎
