    find another hotel

    rating25 Jan 2026

This is a long one as this is something I was extremely disappointed. This hotel by far is the worst amongst all the hotels I have stayed in terms of customer service, the hotel itself is clean. I have booked for almost two weeks as this is the closest to my brothers apartments. I got a room for 2 although I stay on my own but I came here to Dubai to visit my 2 brothers. I can only put one to register, receptionist Noman insists I can only let him stay and the other brother he can allow to visit (only one time) just because he is considerate. But after over an hr he called my room and tell me it’s time to let my other brother out. The second time my other brother visited, Noman won’t even allow him and his pregnant wife to visit even for less than an hr. We had a long day that day and when we reached the hotel I just want the us to go up my room to freshen up and then we can go out to eat, that was 11:30pm. All day we were outside. He insists this is hotel policy. So I asked him if he can provide me a booklet that says I cannot have visitor, and mind you, not even once another person stayed overnight with me. He showed me the receipt that I signed that said the generic line that the hotel has the right to refuse a guest or visitor. The next day I talked to their manager/front office supervisor Zoqeer Siab and he is equally just as unempathetic. Zoqeer Siab told me I had my two female cousins before that visited me and they’re the only ones who can visit as they were the first ones that have their ID scanned. Zoqeer even told me it’s my responsibility to know about it. I told Siab I am unaware of their rules here and was just relying on what I have known about general hotel policies. Zoqeer further told me this is unlike the Hilton or Rotana who don’t mind visitors in and out, those are the high end ones. You booked for a lower end kind like this.Second, I was swimming at the pool and used their towel of course, when I changed to proceed to working out in their gym, the swimming pool staff followed me to the gym and interrupted me doing threadmill to ask where is my towel, I told him it’s in my locker. I was a little surprised of how impolite the staff in the hotel can be. After my workout I placed my towel in the basket and looked for the pool staff but he was not in his desk. I went down to the reception area and the pakistani receptionist just smirked and told me, ‘you do not have to tell us that’ I was like I know i don’t have to but the pool staff was making it a big deal. The next day the pool guy saw me and asked me again, did you ever return back the towel, I was pissed and told him of course I did what do I have to do with it. You think Im going to steal it? Third, I went to the reception bc my card key did not work on the elevator and so I said I needed a new one and I can return the one that is not working. The staff asked me suspiciously how many cards did i keep now. I was just taken aback, I still responded I only have two. The other one was for powering the room which remained by the door side. I have no words for how they can humiliate someone here. Fourth, Jan 24, Internet was down from 12nn and it never came back until past 11pm. I kept on following up with them and the receptionist just kept saying they were working on it. Wifi is my only way of communication as I have not gotten the chance to get an esim. Most shops in Dubai only sell physical sim even if I was going to use my brothers’ ID. I cannot believe an establishment like this is able to operate in Dubai. Frustration is the closest word as I cannot think of a stronger one. I hope this problem is addressed, but for now I do not recommend anyone to stay here. If there is another hotel that is 100 dirhams more expensive, by any means go there. I did not get a single apology and repeatedly got humiliated. I am convinced the good reviews here are hotel staff friends. It’s not worth your stay. Customer satisfaction is just downhill.

Travelled with mom. We had good sleep with the comfortable bed. Neat and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The staff help me to fix my Arabic scarf for desert safari. Location was great at two lines of metro and there were some amenities here.Toothbrush kit was not provided.

One of the best PINOY FOOD I ever tasted! Chicken wings - my fave! Bangus is sooo good, too. All I ordered actually. The location is convenient since it’s just near the mall and Al Rigga night market. The customer service - impeccable! I can’t wait to order again! 😋🙌

    Was ok

    rating02 Jun 2024

Check in procedure was very slow, we already paid in advance but they could not trace the payment. So we waited for 30 mins, then they told us that rooms are not ready yet, we have to wait further. The location is great though, with a night market opposite the hotel and lots of restaurants and a big shopping mall nearby. The Metro station is also within walkable distance. Breakfast was ok. Staffs at the reception were either new or not experienced. Overall I recommend(because of the area) but good luck in managing with the front desk staffs.
