Citymax Hotel is a great place to stay. Very quiet, with an extremely attentive and friendly staff. During my stay, I felt right at home. Reception staff could be understanding

Reception staff have no empathy when we request for early check in. We was asked to pay additional if we want early check in. We are rushing to visit our critically ill niece at the hospital but no empathy from the staff.
