    Very good and affordable hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. One of the staff Anil Gade from India is very humble and respectful behaviour. His behaviour to greet guests and asking for any help and support is really fantastic. Overall restaurant staff with reception and management are also very good. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to enjoy the property comfort whenever anyone plan to visit Sharjah including myself.I love the place, property and the govt. supports during big crisis time.

    As part of a larger organisation I spent the 18.12.25 until the 22.12.25 at the hotel o my to become extremely unwell on the 25.12 but the 28.12 I had been admitted to hospital in the UK with severe pneumonia due to legionella caught at this hotel during my stay along with several others of the contingent I was travelling with. I spent over a week in hospital on antibiotics and intravenous drips before being released 10 weeks later and whilst I am better am still suffering from side effects. I did not spend time in any communal areas in the hotel so the I ly place o could have caught legionnaires was the room from the bathroom water supply or the air conditioning. As far as I am aware the hotel are aware from the organisers of the event I eas attending but no apology or admission of responsibility has been made

Their professionalism, skill, and warm energy truly made the experience unforgettable.
