The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Sharjah and forms a part of Al Fardan Centre, a multinational complex that includes upscale offices, shopping and a fully supervised children's amusement facility. It is situated 20 minutes' drive from either Sharjah or Dubai Airport.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 168 apartments and 96 studios, which are located on 22 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground.     Has to be by far the worst hotel I've stayed in my 30+ years of travel.The noise from other guest is terrible, morning, noon and night, furniture being moved all night on tile floors, children running round crying up and down the hallways all times of the day, alarms going of on and off during the night, nothing to worry about when you contact reception.Staff won't speak with other guest regarding noise, don't want to upset them.Three weeks I stayed, evening meal is dire, breakfast is edible, the lady during the breakfast service is nice, only thing going for this place.Opened Wardrobe on my 1st day and the smell was disgusting, smelt like rotten Fish, not sure what happened in there but it's vile.If you require Laundry give allow 3 days as there in no hurry to return it to you.I asked to change rooms twice, 1st time , sorry hotel is full, 2nd time, don't worry they will leave soon.Complete reception staff require more customer training.Save your money and sanity and book into either THE COPTHORNE of THE CORNICHE Mohamed Elnaggar, Other at Golden Tulip Sharjah, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Golden Tulip Sharjah.We are truly sorry to learn about your experience and sincerely apologize for the multiple concerns you encountered during your stay, particularly regarding noise disturbances, room condition, service responsiveness, and dining experience.     The stay was excellent with the hotel located in a vibrant area at the Corniche, surrounded by plenty of activity. It also features a 24/7 Carrefour along with several cafes, restaurants, salons and shopping options.The only improvement needed is a friendlier reception staff.!!     It's a good hotel, good room service, I had breakfast for one day during my 6 nights stay, I didn't like it very much, but I can say that it's a good breakfast. Rooms have plenty of space, it's most likely a Studio, with a small kitchen and a bathroom. Staff are kind, but they took long time for complting check in. Hotel location is surrounded by many restaurants and stores. It's close to Khaled lake corniche and Majaz park, they are nice place for walking especially at night. Hotel is not expensive, I think it's cheaper than other 4 stars hotels.
