This lovely hotel is set within a 30-minute walking distance from Sharjah city center and 1.5 km away from Al Majaz Waterfront. There is two restaurants within a 5-minute walk away. A 20-minute drive will take guests to Dubai airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 168 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Unfortunately, the stay at Al Majaz Hotel Apartments was very bad and disappointing. The apartments are old and lack the most basic cleanliness standards. The bath towels are worn out and have visible stains), which is completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. In addition, the pillows and blankets are dirty and yellowed, showing clear signs of heavy use and not being replaced (photo attached), which raises serious concerns about hygiene and sanitation.Moreover, the attitude of the reception staff is unprofessional and disrespectful toward guests. The windows also fail to block outside noise at all, making the stay noisy and uncomfortable.Based on this experience, I do not recommend staying at this place, and I strongly urge the management to seriously reconsider and improve their cleanliness and service standards.

    I think better to book the front rooms if you want a better view. We booked two bedrooms.

    The location of the hotel was great walking distance to Buhaira Corniche with Cafes and if you like fast food restaurants there are many. Park across the road of the hotel. The apartment was clean, quite big and the staff are friendly and helpful.

    Receptionist Ahmed and Mohamed are good , also managers Hassan and Javed are cooperative and take care of us .Hashem with his colleagues are helpful in our bags and were generous in their hospitality.Rooms are clean and it was comfortable apartment with nice view to Al majaz park.

    Al Majaz Premier Inn is my favourite hotel. It is amazing. It is right next to a river and we can see it from our enormous balcony. It was my favourite hotel because we didn't have to get 2 rooms. We were all together in 1 apartment. That was amazing. As well as that, It had such a good pool at the top of the building. It was so warm and cosy. I recommend this hotel to all of you. It is my favourite hotel.

    The hotel is no longer like it was 2 and 3 years agoCleaning was not goodHousekeeping staff were friendly but not professional Housekeeping manager has very bad attitude and doesn't have the bare minimum in dealing with guestsOne of the reception staff is so unfriendly and looks has racial discriminationIn brief I don't recommend this hotel to anyone unless the management did big changes
