    Very Poor and Corrupt Hotel

    I was provided accommodation by Air Arabia due to flight delays. To my surprise, they put me in shared accommodation. Rooms not clean enough. On the way back to airport, again they provide shared car pool. The manager Sajit and receptionist Javith are ridiculously unmannered and treat Air Arabia passengers very poorly, as if we are staying for free. We have paid for Airlines, and they pay the hotel for the flight delays.Looks like they are looting from Airlines by providing shared stay and billing them individually.Add to that food was terrible.

    Excellent Value for Money!This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The staff is very helpful, and the service is top-notch. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. Special thanks to Rita and Mozammil for their friendly and professional service. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay!For sure we will return.
