    We are found such a nice hotel from the beging to end our stay was very comfortable having such a wonderful staff the guy who was in reception is always helpful and smiling sry we don't remember his name and the housekeeping staff his name is muveshyer and the lady who was cleaning our room daily with a fresh linen and excellent service thank you we have such amazing holiday in your hotel we will be back soon thank you so much

    It is good for tourist.Hotel room is small but nice lighting and bed.Wifi - is strongHousekeeping staffs are polite.Good pool.The Receptionist (the thin short guy) is unprofessional and terrible. This is the first time I saw a reception raising his voice and talking rudely to a guest, because the guest needs to check out at 12, but the guest knew he was to check out on the next day -- "NO! You need to check out now and pay AED100 for overstay as it is 1PM already!--the receptionist shout at his customer.. Poor guest!! The receptionist doesn't know "Zenhotel" as a hotel booking website --he asked me rudely, "what? Where did you book it???ZENHOTEL?!" Unbelievable, I asked myself,am I in Dubai or in the zoo??? HahahahaRestaurant - the restaurant is disgusting! if you are about to book in this hotel,you can skip having their breakfast. The floor is wet, tables are dirty, the food they serve are not enticing to eat. Even my 4 year old son said that the scrambled egg we requested is yucky, the white pasta is indeed a "dry white pasta", the fried rice was swimming in oil! The sauteed hotdog has curry on it, and the salad has no other available dressing aside from yogurt.I only had toasted bread with butter and honey, and juice, which you could easily buy from the grocery nearby.All in all, this hotel is only good for overnight stay or for tourist who needs bed for sleepover.

    although on many search engines this hotel comes up as a 4 star i beg to differ. The hotel is an average 3 star. Rooms Clean, Big and modern. Cleaning service A star, but if you are planning to stay out most of the day and just go in to sleep its okay. Breakfast very average, choice on menu very limited, most of the time there were no clean glasses or things were not being replaced, the egg making service slow and most of time eggs were half cooked. Also outside of the hotel is littered with calling cards of ladies and spa treatments and massages. Not family friendly at all, a shisha bar right next to the hotel attracts youngsters to the place. by paying slightly more you could get a decent hotel in same area. understood there was a spa and pool but did not use it or go to see it so cannot comment. Only one socket with UK voltage so had to unplug kettle to charge phones.

    Despite of all the negative comments on this hotel, still i booked and got a good price for the one night stay with breakfast, well staff are all ok only the facilities are not new and breakfast also limited but it’s ok for the price

    not a 4* hotel, terrible breakfast

    this is the worst 4* hotel i ever experienced during last 10 years. its breakfast was just for some nationalities, as a 4* hotel it must offer international breakfast not only some which can be used by some special nationalities. i only had fruits & coffee during 3 breakfast i was there. and on last day which was 3rd breakfast even fruits was not recharged as previous guests already ate all! terrible experience :( and not suggested at all :(
