"What should be obvious in any hotel turned out to be the biggest surprise of my stay. "
21 Jul 2026
"What should be obvious in any hotel turned out to be the biggest surprise of my stay. And that's when I understood: the future of the hotel industry will be defined not only by satisfying the customer, but by surprising them. Satisfaction ensures that they return, but it is the enchantment — that unexpected, personalized and genuine detail — that transforms a stay into a story that they tell to others. At the Sheraton Sharjah, this enchantment had a name: Yohan. His service was simply spectacular — attentive, quick and genuinely concerned with making my stay better in every detail. But what struck me most was realizing that this was not an exception: the entire hotel support team demonstrated the same care for the welcoming and well-being of guests. This shows that it is not about an isolated employee standing out, but about a culture of genuine hospitality that permeates the entire team." "My rating goes far beyond the hotel's stars — it goes to the people who make the difference. Thank you, Yohan and team!" Dana Kabdollayeva, Marketing at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and heartfelt review.
