    I am very disappointed with this hotel. It's my first time here. The dinner is horrible. Not even for 2 stars hotel. The dinner in désert safari with it setup is much more better.     Beautiful hotel and amazing staff in very uncertain times

    We stayed here when our flight home was cancelled due to the US/Iran conflict. We had previously spent 1 week on the palm in Dubai and whilst checking-in the airport closed due to the start of the conflict. We chose the Sheraton Sharjah to stay, not knowing how long it would be before we could get a flight home.The staff were absolutely fantastic and remained so professional throughout our stay, providing a sense of normality in very uncertain times.
