Facility

The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests' vehicles can be parked in the garage (no extra charge), subject to availability. Rooms

Most units have a sea view. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. Amenities include a desk, a trouser press, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge).     Lovely Stay over the New Years.

    Had a week long stay at the hotel.The concierge was very attentive and it definitely helped. We did not purchase the breakfast option and there were a lot of good restaurants around the hotel. We both used the Spa facilities which was great. Marilyn in the Spa was brilliant. Her techniques were amazing and I felt very relaxed. The hotel location was very convenient and I will definitely recommend staying here.     Central location and nice view, select the lagoon view rooms for better view.

    The hotel location is great facing the lagoon. Normally i used to book this hotel via booking , however this time I have tried to book directly with the hotel. The booking process was very smooth. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable The hotel has private car park . WiFi was good enough and didn’t disconnect. The breakfast was good enough with many variety, however i missed the seeds like pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. There is kids place ( room) in the 3rd floor. There is a swimming pool and gym. The staff are very friendly and supportive. Thank you again and i will come back soon inshAllah.
