The hotel is very comfortable, very clean, the staff is very nice, and always ready for the service, the facilities are very tidy, for breakfast it was great, everything was fresh, thank you for the mr subbu for its nice service

Loyal Guest Review After 30 Stays

30th visit since 2021, so writing this as a loyal guest. Booked a flash sale with early check-in, late check-out, and 30% dining. Upgrade was only partial this time, no full sea view suite despite my history.Check-in by Islam was excellent, very professional. Nice to still see familiar faces like Suranga in F&B, who recognized us and took good care of us.Food is a weak point. Pool food is poor, pizza not edible. À la carte is okay, breakfast below standard.Kids Club is a major concern now. Previously great, now run by a casual worker not even in uniform or wearing a name tag, with limited English. Not a place you feel comfortable leaving your kids.They also removed water service at the pool and beach, which was one of the few nice personalized touches, and doesn’t make sense given the rates are almost the same.Dining discount was a hassle, front office confirmed it but F&B kept rejecting it unless stay is 7+ days, which is incorrect. Had to argue almost every time.Also had a bad experience where a lifeguard cleared our sunbed while my wife was nearby, with her belongings and room key still there. Not acceptable.Overall, still a calm and nice place, but clearly not at the level it used to be. Not sure I would return unless things improve.
