    We've stayed here a whole load of times, and it's always been excellent. This last time was particularly so due to the excellent staff making my partners 40th birthday as special as possible, extra thanks to Steph and Aleks at check in for your kindness and welcome, and to Kelly at check out and helping us with cabs. Just easy going friendly staff all the time.Rooms excellent, location excellent, price excellent, and the staff really elevate the place.

    Hotel was ideal and central Very clean and comfortable but what really made our stay was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Made my 90th birthday even more special as it coincided with st Patrick day live music! Definitely recommend and looking forward to returning

    The best customer service I have received in any hotel. I'm from the northern isles. This hotel helped me save on my room rate by booking direct as they offer islander rates for Orkney and Shetland islanders. The front desk staff (especially Steph) were brilliant and helped us sort out our disrupted ferry travel plans and in general couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were clean and exactly as you'd expect for a quality city hotel. I'm never staying anywhere else in Aberdeen ever again. Brilliant brilliant customer service and all the staff were just thoroughly nice people to deal with.

    We had a really great stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy.The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was great and we slept really well. We also liked the little touches like the nice toiletries and the view from the room. It was a perfect place to relax after a busy day.The breakfast was also very good with plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. The whole hotel had a nice, relaxed atmosphere which made the stay even more enjoyable.What stood out most was how helpful the staff were. They were always happy to help and made us feel well looked after. Catherine in Molly's was exceptional but all were fabulous.Perfect location for enjoying the weekend of Rugby in Malone's and could step back to hotel when needed. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We’d happily stay here again, we will be back for next St. Patrick's weekend.

    Food was a let down. We visited Mollys bistro as friends were staying a the Douglas hotel. The Fish and chips was overcooked but the burger was nice. Service wasn’t the best with the staff looking miserable. Wouldn’t return for the price I paid. £58 for 2 mains and 2 drinks
