Dynamic pricing at it's worst

Nice building friendly staff and a great location but at £280 this is clearly dynamic pricing for easter but this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries wouldn't be out of place in a travel lodge.Paid to upgrade the room but it was still tiny , no safe, no fridge and the shower handle came off in my hand and to add insult to injury i was charged to park in the car park

This was our second visit to Roseate Villa which is situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. My wife and I both enjoy the welcoming and friendly staff. Although this was only our second visit it was obvious that we were remembered and treated as valued guests. Our room was cosey and beautifully decorated with sufficient storage space for our three night stay. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent: all freshly prepared to order. Their quality was high and very well presented. As a bonus the hotel is unusual in being close to the city centre yet having its own carpark. We had a truly wonderful stay, it was our first visit to Bath. From the moment we arrived at The Roseate Villa the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The property itself is well maintained with a perfect blend of comfort and charm that made it feel like a quiet and peaceful retreat. Only a five minute stroll from the vibrant centre of the city, it was lovely to return to at the end of the day and relax. What really made our visit more than exceptional was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Kim, Candie and Rosie who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their kindness, attentiveness and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Nothing was too much trouble and every request was met with a willingness to help. It is rare to come across such consistently thoughtful service.We would love to return to Bath again in the future and The Roseate Villa will be our go to choice for our place to stay. Great location, great food, amazing staff

Lovely team who couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. Food fantastic. Location great, literally 5 minutes walk to the centre of Bath. It is an old building, so a few minor issues here and there, but I would recommend it. The staff make it what it is.
