    Decent Stay- some staff very rude!

    Overall- decent stay. Staff in gym/pool area excellent. One lady at reception and another at the restaurant acting extremely rude to our kids. It was strange considering the rest of the staff were very pleasant. Food was average- not freshly cooked. Burger tasted like it was reheated, pastries and desserts were not freshly made. Hotel grounds, etc., very nice.

    Stayed here on Sunday night with my wife and kids for a nice spa break. It was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. from being checked in by Malachy on reception he was warm welcoming and professional a credit to the beautiful establishment.The view of the golf course from the bar and beer garden was immense I enjoyed a nice pint of beer in the baking hot sun on Sunday.We had dinner there also the soup and bang bang chicken was amazing for starters.The seafood chowder for main was delightful.As we're the burgers and steak sandwiches.The cheesecake was lovely also.The Spa is absolutely beautiful the biggest hot tub I ever saw.Steam room sauna and pool were lovely also. The breakfast next morning was lovely the granola and the natural yoghurt in the fancy tubs were beautiful.The sausage was of high quality and the bread selection was lovely too.Toni the girl who helped us to our seat was lovely too as was the guy on duty too but he wasn't wearing a name badge unfortunately but two really pleasent and helpful people.The room had a large l shaped sofa and two king sized beds (very comfortable).The gym has all state of the art equipment and helpful coaches also. Twelve out of ten and we will be back to visit in the very near future as this hotel is beautiful And good value also.Kind regards .The mcgahan family room 248..24th may 2026.

    Wonderful Relaxing Stay with Outstanding Staff”.

    We had a fantastic overnight stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Templepatrick. From the moment we arrived, Cat gave us a warm and friendly check-in and made us feel very welcome.The spa experience was amazing and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.The cocktails were so good we ended up having two each! Dinner and breakfast were both excellent with plenty of choice and great quality food.A special mention to Tori in the restaurant for her friendly, efficient service throughout our stay. The highlight, however, was meeting Dave, the catering manager, who had many great stories to tell us and very kindly helped us to the car with our luggage.Thank you to everyone for such a lovely stay — highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

    We had a lovely stay with our young children at the Hilton Templepatrick. The hotel and room was modern and clean. The pool was a highlight - nice warm temperature and clean modern changing facilities. We ate in the Dormy restaurant one evening and enjoyed our meal - although very pricey for a family!One improvement we'd suggest is the breakfast - it felt more basic than other 4* hotels eg the pastries were in packs/ the ones that weren't tasted like they'd been frozen and weren't fresh. A few small changes like this could make a big difference to the experience.
