    Staff are lovely, we were able to check in early. Room was very clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Cocktails were some of the best we've ever had.     We held We recently held our daughter’s wedding after-party at House Belfast, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attentiveness really helped make the occasion special. The food was amazing, and the cocktails were equally impressive – our guests thoroughly enjoyed both.We also stayed overnight. The bedrooms were a little warm, but the staff quickly provided a fan, which was much appreciated. The bathroom and shower facilities were excellent, modern, and spotlessly clean. The corridors were quite dark, but we understand this is part of the hotel’s unique style and atmosphere.The downstairs bar is beautiful, with plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to book House Belfast again in the future.Thank you to the whole team for helping make such a memorable celebration.

    Nice place, but could be better.

    We were back in Belfast for a funeral so we weren’t there for a normal visit. The hotel looks really nice, a bit like The Ivy I thought. The room was a good size as was the toilet/shower room. However, the reception, bar/restaurant and corridors had working air on but the room did not. Even with the window open and large fan it was too hot. With that the bed was quite hard so I didn’t get much sleep at all awakening at 4am both mornings. The shower only gave out very hot water and couldn’t be cooled. As breakfast wasn’t included in the price we paid £30 for two breakfasts for the following morning. When you get the menu you see that there’s nothing there as expensive as £15! A continental breakfast and drink wouldn’t be £15 so the pricing is off not to mention £5 for soda water and lime. Nice place but not sure I’d stay again. Oh, and I was approached 6 times outside by people asking for money.

    Not the shower nor the toilet didn't work. A lot of junkies outside the hotel.
