    Lovely room, but desperately needs hooks for towels in bathroom. Very comfortable mattresses. It would be nice to find some biscuits in the tea tray.Lovely to have the possibility to replenish tea tray from trolly in reception.Good restaurants and coffee shops/ breakfast places near by.

    Lovely clean rooms, dinner nice and friendly staff apart from the miserable manager Anthony. Very stand offish think he needs to change jobs not very good with people !!!     Can't say enough good things about this hotel, especially the staff. John and his team went above and beyond when my husband and I had a totally unanticipated personal emergency.
