    My son who has autism , was accompanied by his support workers and stayed overnight at the Big Blue Hotel Blackpool yesterday 23/9/26.It’s always a concern when my son stays overnight at any hotel, but his visit and support given by the staff at the hotel was exceptional . One lady in particular, personally dealt with my sons reservations, ensuring everything was ok and he lacked for nothing.She even went the extra mile and gave an extra free parking so my son could finish his walk along the promenade before he left for home. The hotel and amenities are wonderful. I sincerely recommend a visit the Big Blue hotel. It’s a fantastic Hotel.

    We came here 12th September till 25th September the staff a amazing one stage I fell sick they got ambulance out to me was. All well in end the staff are 100% helpful Rebecca. Morgan.and Loui and Lydia.we are coming back next year it's our 4th time here aim to come back every year our room was 3rd floor 306 kind regards keith/Annie Emberton from sandhurst. Berkshire

    Great location, lovely hotel, stayed here before, booked a Stay Four Longer Break direct with hotel, got 4 nights for price of 3, also included was free day entrance to the Pleasurebeach, also £15 refund for not using the maid service during our stay. Great friendly staff, lovely breakfast, spacious rooms,massive queen bed, very clean & comfy hotel, would not stay anywhere else, we will return again & again.

    Had an amazing day! Some hotels are giving free tickets for Sunday if you stay with them on Sat or Sunday... so look that up! Blig Blue Hotel does

    We chose twin room but when we got there we were upgraded to a family room. The room was lovely and clean (spotless actually. The bed was oh so comfortable, best mattress ive ever slept on in Blackpool. The staff were very obliging, from front desk to bar/food. The only thing, and it is quite minor but also a nessecity (my opinion) there was no toilet brush.The entry to the pleasure beach was right next to the hotel but coming out of the pb back to the hotel was a little too far for me(I have copd)But the hotel cant fault it and will definately stay here again,.
