  On the beach front, short walk to the lanes. Midweek stay, out of season and so a great price. rooms spotlessly clean and roomy, comfortable bed and linen. Nice bar to chill in. Breakfast was a winner, ok, so not busy, but the buffet was excellent, piping hot, great choice to fit everyone and plentiful. Worth £20 alone. Shout out to the staff at breakfast, also the check in staff, who helped us find a Thai resteraunt. Off peak, yes but suberb value, would definitely return.

  All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious with king bed, sofa, easy chair, desk chair and long work bench, wardrobe with iron, ironing board, room safe and plenty of hanging space. A large cupboard for extra storage, and there was a minifridge. The wrap round balcony ( it was a corner room) had two chairs and a table.Food from the bar was served quickly, and the helpings was generous. Breakfasts were excellent.

  Very well positioned for the Brighton Centre. Pleasant reception staff and bar staff. Very reasonable drink and food prices at the bar. Pint of Budweiser £5.50, glass of Prosecco £5.00.Clean comfortable room with a lovely massive bed.Easily accessible car-park underneath for £15 - 24hrs once a member of the IHG hotel group, easy to join.Would recommend and stay here again.Only downside was the rude room attendant who banged on our door at dead on 11.00am! Check out is 11am and we were ready to leave, bags packed, about to walk out so did not need to be rudely disturbed and reminded it was time to go!

  We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. On this occasion we booked one of their updated (level 4) sea view balcony rooms. The decor had been updated inside the room, but sadly there was zero TLC on the balcony. Heating seems to be a problem as there were plug in radiators everywhere. At one point we had no electricity in our room. This was quickly rectified. The car park is secure, they are tight parking spaces though and make sure you don’t park in the resident’s parking spaces!The location is brilliant, walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer.   After reading all the negative reviews I was nervous about staying. Our room was ready so we were able to check in earlier. I had mentioned it was my husbands birthday and when we got to the room there were balloons, a card and a voucher for 2 free drinks, a really lovely gesture.The room and bathroom were very warm but we were able to put the air con on and it was ok. The room was a little dated but clean, the bathroom had been updated, was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and we didn't experience any noise from our neighbours. Breakfast was of a good standard, fresh and a lots of choice. All staff we came across were all pleasant and helpful. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you.
