Beautiful hotel. Best night’s sleep ever on a very comfortable mattress. Lovely breakfast, beautiful omelette made by Mari. We come every summer as it’s such a nice place to stay.

The hotel is in a very good location right on the sea front. The atmosphere at the hotel was great, buzzing, and friendly at the same time. We had 2 rooms, and both were clean and welcoming on arrival. The service was exceptional. From my booking in with reception, the concierge, the restaurants, the cleaning staff, and all were all amazing. I am looking forward to booking a return visit.

Lovely hotel, great location.Bedroom bit out dated, carpet stained, noisy room.Downside the hotel advertise on his website a discounted NCP carpark close by, but when I’ve asked at reception they told me they don’t do such a deal ! My wife and i stayed hear on Saturday night which was a birthday treat for her, and the stay could not have been more perfect.We stayed in room 520 which was a junior suite and it was dead center of the hotel overlooking the sea.Prior to turning up on the Saturday i had an e mail from Sandra Flanagan, asking if we had any specific requirements to our stay, i replied back and said it was my wife's Birthday and when we entered the room there was a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.Sandra also booked us into the CYAN restaurant and upon entering we were welcomed and next thing we new there was complimentary glass of champagne for both of us, again because it was my wife's birthday .The food was impeccable, and we also had some oysters ( jerseys ) and they were some of the best i have ever tasted and i have eaten a few over the years.We were served by Chanell, who certainly looked after us, who was very polite and helpful again wishing my wife happy birthday, she is a credit the the Grand.Our stay was made more special by the little touches that i have mentioned and the Grand is certainly on our list to visit again.Thanks so much to the Grand and their team.
