The staff were very helpful and charming It was a relaxed hotel in a convenient area with clean rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The food at Racks restaurant underneath it was good and reasonably priced. The car parking was an added bonus. The hotel was clean and well stocked. The bar staff were polite. A special mention must be made to Angela, although breakfast service was busy she really looked after everyone. We requested lactose free milk and she delivered it without delay. This lady is an absolute gem and an asset to any hospitality environment. A workhorse and a great sense of humour.
