    Does what it says on the tin!

    If you want an on airport hotel at Bristol Airport you have no other choice and that get reflected in the price (competition is required). Overall the hotel is ok all very clean and tidy but the food can be best described and basic at best. We only stay when we have an early flight out. Would like more choices but that Bristol Airport.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I had a layover at Bristol airport in the middle of the night, with a connecting flight in 6 hours. I went to the hotel with my family to see if it was possible to book a room to get a few hours sleep. I was told I would have to pay full rate of £200 & we agreed. But the system wasn’t open so I couldn’t get a room for another 2 hours, very annoying but said fine we would wait. It’s very frustrating when the computer says no, reception staff can’t do a work around. The room was available but common sense doesn’t seem to be the norm anymore. We proceeded to sit down in the lobby and wait and were told we’re not allowed sit in the lobby because it’s for hotel guests. We had to leave the hotel and go outside in the rain back to the terminal. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO COMMON SENSE.     We arrived and having checked in and gone to our room, found ourselves in a disabled room, which we had not asked for when we booked. On returning to reception, Adina was excellent in finding us another room and in dealing with this situation despite the fact that the hotel was very busy.Our replacement room was fine particularly just for one night. The restaurant experience was poor. Basic food which is expensive and limited in choice. Even the wine was mediocre which these days is unforgivable, particularly bearing in mind how much they charge.
