    First room door wouldn’t close on door to bathroom Second room we discovered at night window wouldn’t close so was noisy all night.

    I visited in business. Check in was fairly straight forward and I was given my room key card for the third floor. As I exited the lift the whole floor had a sweaty feel about it. There was no fresh air and it felt like you were in the changing room of a gym. Very odd. The room was clean. It overlooked offices opposite. I didn’t get hardly any sleep because the pillows were heavy and hard. Awful. In the morning I made a coffee and there was no plug by the coffee making tray. I had to plug the kettle in next to the bed on the surface designed to put my case. Breakfast was buffet style. Good choice but the bacon was dry due to it being left under heat lamps. I got a discount on the millenium car park opposite. £7.50 for 24 hours I thought was good. Wouldn’t stay there again. Would give it a 3 star rating at best.

    Stayed here again for the Great Bristol Run, we knew exactly what we were booking as we stayed the same time last The hotel is basic, but fulfilled our needs. The rooms were clean and comfy. My only issue was the room temperature, it was so hot , but the following morning a fan was delivered to our roomThe location for us was perfect as it was near to the start and finish, despite its busy location it was remarkably quietAl in all, the hotel and its location were perfect for our needs and we would not hesitate to return

    If you are looking for an uncomfortable night on a 1-inch thick foam pad and paper thin pillows, this would be it! Unfortunately I can’t recommend this - the Premier Inns down the road would be money better spent.

    The hotel room itself wasn’t bad (basic but expected) and the hotel overall was ok HOWEVER…They gave us a key card to someone’s room at first, we went to the room and gained access and someone was in there. We complained and was given another room with some complimentary drinks, but this raises a serious security concern and I did not feel safe after that. Also we requested late checkout, we assume this wasn’t added to the new room so was woken up early by cleaners (we were there on a work trip so didn’t get in until late). They need to review key card system so new keys cannot be printed for a booked room unless it’s for the person staying there. I would suggest to anyone staying there to lock door and bring another security device to ensure someone cannot walk in with a key card.I understand mistakes happen but this is really concerning and should not be possible.
