    We have had our city break with our family of 4 in Bristol beginning of May. Our stay at Ramada was excellent - clean room, nice interior, smelling nice. We have enjoyed our breakfast there and there was a variety of options for our kids and us. We have had nice chat with Vasile, the manager, and he gave us tips what the best places are in Bristol and life in general.

    Absolutely amazing members of staff, they go above and beyond for their customers and make everyone feel welcome. All of this with a big smile on their faces. They deserve a raise as i absolutely would recommend. General manager needs to work on people skills and understanding when a customer is getting annoyed.
